Apply 1-2 scoops of Calming Herbal Soak to your bath and melt into the herbal blend of collidial oats, German Chamomile, Comfrey Leaf, St. John's Worts, Burdock and Bilberry leaves.
The herbal combination is perfect for sensitive skin and provides topical healing properties.
Use the provided spoon to add 1-2 full scoops to lukewarm warm water.
Soak for 20-30 mins.
After soaking use a towel and pat dry.
The oats and herbs provide a barrier and help retain moisture.

Add one scoop to a teaspoon of water/aloe vera gel/oil. Apply to the area and cover with a warm cloth for 10-15 mins.
Wipe with warm cloth and pat dry.
